LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY Castle Custom Fitted Vinyl Replacement Windows Warranty Coverage The Company warrants to the owner of Castle Custom Fitted Vinyl Replacement Windows That: 1. The vinyl frames of the windows are warranted against chipping, cracking, peeling and blistering for as long as you own the property in which Castle Custom Fitted Vinyl Replacement Windows were installed.

2. All moving parts are warranted against defects in material for as long as you own the property in which Castle Custom Fitted Vinyl Replacement Windows were installed. 3. The hermetic seal is warranted against defects resulting in material obstruction of vision from film formation caused by dust or moisture condensation on the internal glass for twenty(20) years from date of installation. 4. All glass complies with federal Specifications DD-G-451d. No representation is made with respect to condensation on the windows, as condensation is the natural result of moisture in the house and changes in temperature and humidity. It does not indicate a defective window. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation not in accordance with the Company's recommended installation techniques, abuse, alteration, tampering, improper maintenance, accident, negligence or any other cause which is beyond the manufacturer's control. The warranty regarding the hermetic seal is not applicable if the glass has been cracked or broken or if the unit has been subjected to stress resulting from localized application of heat which results in accesive temperature differentials over the glass surface. Moisture condensation on the internal glass for twenty(20) years from date of installation! This is the problem we are having!!!.
