At Home Corporation Complaint - Bait And Switch

GRAYSLAKE, ILLINOIS -- I was contacted by a att rep. And was offered a package on my home phone called triple pack. I was suppose to get att anywhere and dsl high speed and dish tv with my hd serv for a price of 118.00 Per month.That was two months ago and now im getting a att bill for 82.00 Per mon. And a dish bill for 82.00Per mo. And no one will change this i was told i would get a 34.99 Per mo. Discount from dish and they tell me they cant do that. I wrote dish this morning also after spending 2hrs.On the phone last night with both companys and if i dont hear from att within 48 hrs. I will go to the most basic call plan for emergency only or cancel and use our cingular cell phones that have a call anywhere packege.

If you are getting billed $82/mo, then you are getting too many channels for the package you signed up for. The $34.99/mo is for the expanded basic with local channels. Make sure they have you signed up for the right programming. I've had this deal for two years with no problems.
