HP has to be the very worst company when dealing with rebates they offer on their products. You can send and re-send the required documentation specified with these
customer service reps - located in India - that the info was never received or this particular product isn't eligible for a rebate, even tho' it is clearly stated on their website that this very item is indeed eligible. You can go round and round with them - you can call every day and get somebody different and hear completely different versions as to why the rebate won't be forthcoming. They haven't a clue how to handle basic inquiries. I am very disgusted with
HP and their practices....
