I had a
installation of
DISH TV at my home but,Technical was not able to install due to not getting proper signal.But, when i checked my credit card They charged me $49.99. I called back them on 2nd day and cancel the order and asked for Refund.
But,After waiting for a month i didn't get refund.Then i called them, send e-mails for at least 4 times but, all the times they say " it will take 7-10 business days for refund". I was finally tired and i was angry on their
customer service and
billing Dept. Then after they told me we will do now... Let's see what happens ??
Please beware of
DISH TV... do not deal with them.Otherwise be ready for GREAT PAIN
