Back in april I had made a significant payment via internet for my account. I called right away after making this payment to be sure that it posted. It
had posted to another account. I have spoken to 4 different people regarding this matter. One of them was even a supervisor. They assured me that this
would be taken care of. I then spoke to someone today, 3 months later after late fees and
service interruptions, because it still wasn't taken care of.
I then canceled my account and will be charged for early termination because of their poor service.
If you are thinking about going with
Dish Network, don't!!!!!!!!
