GLENVIEW -- It looks like we've lost too...We placed an order on 3/18/07, immediately billed, and not contacted for 2 months. When we called, we got the same response, "someone will call you back". Now it's July 30th, and I cancelled the order, they told me they would refund us, but from the looks at the other posting, I doubt that will happen.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. FILE A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB.ORG BEFORE YOU DO YOU'LL SAVE TIME!
