INDIANA -- I have never been so upset as i have with MBNA. My wife and I have been faithful customers for many years and have always paid our bill on time. Recently we received our monthly statement only to find that our interest rate had almost doubled and as did our monthly payment.
When we called in to find out why, we were INFORMED that after reviewing our credit report, MBNA decided that we had become a risk, and even though we had paid on time all those years, that it was their right to increase the interest rate and payment amount to satisfy MBNA high standards.
