I bought a
camera with a
warranty plan for 3 years. The camera broke and I've been trying to get it fixed or to get a new camera. I sent the camera to get fixed, they called me to tell me that they cannot fix it because the camera was dropped (the camera was never dropped! It will not turn on) they sent it back to me more damaged-you can totally see how they tried to open it. I went to the store, they can't do anything, I called
customer service, they told me to call the corporation. I called the corporation 4 times, I was on hold for 1 1/2 hrs, I got hung up on 3 times!!!!
I am very disappointed with the
service!!
