FLORIDA -- I bought the insurance through WireFly. I sent my phone in for repair around the 1st of the year. Then about 45-60 days later, my phone was stolen from my backpack. I tried to file a claim and was informed by email that my insurance had been cancelled after the repair. NCOA said they emailed me when the policy was cancelled. I never received an email until they denied my claim.
Has anyone filed a lawsuit in small claims court and what was the outcome?
