I have a dispute with a cellular phone company. They are charging me what I believe is an unfair charge. I was subsequently referred by them to NCO. I received their letter and promptly wrote back that I am disputing these charges. I received another notice so I called them. The first person I spoke to was Anita at ext.
1093. I tried to explain why I was disputing these charges and she spoke over me, yelled and finally hung up on me when I asked to speak to her supervisor. I called back and requested to speak to her supervisor, Ryan, who was even more rude and condescending if that is humanly possible. He told me that I had to pay the bill or "I wouldn't be able to buy so much as a stick of gum" without contacting him. Please, if anyone knows of a better business program or some other way I can contact the proper channels to report this company for their incredible unprofessional behavior, please contact me at wdbbauman@aol.com and put NCO in subject line.
