Terrible dirty room - Complaint
DALLAS, TEXAS -- I stayed for my first time in a Westin In Dallas, TX on Merit Drive. The room for so dirty I hated to sleep there. We called the manager up to the room to show him and he said he was so sorry but not even a discount on the room. There was a spit cup dried up with the napkins and the tobacco dried up in there. There was dirty q-tips laying on the end table. I have stayed at a lot of Priceline rooms they were all great.
This room was full price not a deal it was booked right off the Westin web site. Gross don't stay here

I have stayed at that particular Westin as well. The lobby was nice, but the room could have been cleaner as someone spilled candle wax and it was still on the carpet. Normally Westins are very nice.
