Musis Downloads - Complaint
How can such a brand name be so misleading. I've tried in vain to download to mp3 (even buying a new device) to no avail. The lack of information surrounding this matter is nothing short of astonishing. There's Napster, Napster to go, free trial, free to go trial, still got an empty mp3 unless I start spending. Quick enough to take my installment fee.......

Buy CD's direct from the artist. You can also check the artist website, I know that a lot of them have MP3's direct for FREE on them.

I'm not sure I understand this complaint. I've used Napster in the past (gift card), and, had no issues copying MP3s to my player.
I've even copied MP3s from multiple different sources to my player, with no issues.
When you downloaded the songs, where did you initially put them? Or, are you trying to say that you couldn't download them?

My sister uses Napster and doesn't have issues. She got a gift card from my dad to download to her Zune. I use Itunes so I haven't had the chance to check them out.

I liked Napster when it was free.Now it sucks!

The fact that you use Napster tells us that your completely technologically impaired. Stop trying and go buy a CD. You should be able to handle that, right?
