DOWNERS GROVE, ILLINOIS -- These guys are great--until you buy. Don't expect them to follow through on any action item you discussed. They were two days late delivering my car. I had to call a dozen times to get the manual they promised me. I paid cash in full and I still have not seen the title.

Take their web price and go to a traditional dealer.

A little while ago there was a rash of complaints about them here..followed by some suspect "happy buyers".

Do NOT buy from Luxury Motors!!!!!! Remember that only a small percentage research the company they do business with BEFORE they buy a car. Do yourself and all of your friends a favor and tell everyone you know not to buy from them.
