Voip.com Complaint - Voip.com **Worst Company Ever** Beware!! - Voice Over IP

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- The absolute most horrible company ever, extremely incompetent, and idiotic. I could not believe how many hours I waited on hold to get my service running correctly after they took all the money for the service. I cancelled within the 30 day trial period because they could not fix the call quality, and I wasted over 30 hours talking to them and waiting on hold.
However, they did not refund my money, and I had to dispute it with a credit card company, which they initially found in my favor, but then voip.com sent them false documentation to clear their name, and I was rebilled.
I hope this company gets what they deserve......which is to go out of business before anyone else gets screwed.

Thought Vonage was "The absolute most horrible company ever"? Guess Voip.com and Vonage should get together.

Vonage is the best company in the world compared to VOIP.COM. Everything Phil said also happened to me (I am still in the credit card dispute stage). It is absolutey a HORRIBLE company. You won't believe this unless you try it. Just google VOIP.COM complaints. I wish I had done better research before hand!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
