Their database is off on my credit freeze lift. A simple confirmation QA session from the other two was perfect and took two minutes - tops.
Experian? Talk to someone with a pulse? NOBODY can reach a human. OK, fine
Call them at 800-520-1221, option 5. At least one gets a human (not too intelligent - but it does apparently have a pulse). I dunno - anyone else have this problem??

the Contact US portion of my credit report lists 1-800-493-1058 (9-5 in your time zone ) and i got through just fine. took about 20 min to remove SEVERAL descrepancies on my husbands report. Hope that number helps!
