Okay, am I the only one who's noticed all the outsourcing of
customer service jobs? I try to call on my
WaMu and each and every time I get a call site in India. Ditto
Capital One.
When I need to call on my
Discover card a very nice, friendly American answers my call within 60 seconds.
Good job Discover for keeping jobs here in the states and for providing me someone to speak with that can speak clear English. Now that's priceless!
