Petsmart Complaint - Customer Service - Service
Service - Complaint
JACKSIONVILL FLORDI -- We waited for ten min. for help after asking the clerk to send someone to help us. There were several employees that where stocking shelves but did not bother to help. I went to ask the lady at the grooming center she said she was not in charge to ask the man stocking shelves. He was part of the manager team so I feel like instead of excuses something needs to be done. This is a good way to loose customers who pays their pay.
This is not the the first time this has time this has happened. My husband and I both belong to many animal services and we are sharing this information with them also.

Our Petsmart, as well as the one in Chandler we were using, have been wonderful to deal with. Our store is a bit smaller I think, lower population but the area is growing. The longest we waited in the morning for grooming to open, they told us to bring the dogs in at 7:30 in the morning and they showed up at 8:00....OOPS...it was a holiday and they forgot about us getting there early because we had another appointment.

THAT KIND OF SERVICE YOU WILL FIND AT ANY STORE EXCEPT WALGREENS (WHICH THEY ARE REALLY ANNOYING) ANYWAY BASICALLY YOUNG EMPLOYEES THAT DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR JOB PERIOD. I FEEL BAD FOR COMPANIES THAT HAVE TO REHIRE NEW PEOPLE EVERY MONTH JUST OUT OF PEOPLE NOT CARING ITS REALLY SAD. WHATS MORE SAD IS YOUR NOT GETTING THE HELP YOU REALLY NEED AND EMPLOYEES ACTUALLY IGNORING YOU WHEN YOU ARE RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM TO MY 3 YEARS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE THAT IS JUST A SLAP IN MY FACE I WOULD NEVER DO THAT NO MATTER IF I WORK IN THE DEPARTMENT OR NOT AT LEAST I WOULD HAVE FOUND SOMEONE TO HELP IF I COULDN'T.
