I purchased an 08
altima in Sept 07. Three days after I bought the car it went in to the shop for the first of MANY times. Every time it came out of the shop they promised me it was fixed for good, but no. My car was in the shop atleast once a month and I was forced to drive some piece of junk (for example, one time I had to drive a 95 teal cavalier!!!!).
So finally I got
nissan to do a buy back, or should I say a "please screw me" deal. Nissan obviously sold me a lemon and by all standards should have given me a full refund, minus a little mileage, but this did not happen. They are giving me back $8,000 less than what I paid for the car! So basically I paid $8,000 to drive a different piece of junk every other week. Right now I do not even have a car to drive because mine is in the shop AGAIN! So even though I paid $30,000 for a car, I still have to be the "bum" who has to catch a ride where ever I want to go. Now that Nissan knows that I am not happy about what is going on they will not answer the phone when I call, nor will they even return my phone calls. Nissan has the worst
customer service I have ever seen. I will say it once again, if you want a dependable, long lasting car with good customer service DO NOT BUY FROM NISSAN!!!!
