How did they get your bank account number if you didn't order anything?

I'm curious as to how they got your account information if you never gave it to them. I suggest you pull your credit reports and contact your bank to start the process of filing a fraud affidavit. I would also contact your local police department and file a report, because if you didn't order these things it sounds like someone may have fraudulently obtained your account information.

I'm willing to bet that the OP had to give out his/her credit card info for a 'free trial' of the product.

I had the same problem. This company is a fraud. What happens is you order their fitness equipment. I received that and they charged my account. This was fine. but a couple weeks later they started sending me weight loss pills(which I never ordered) and they began charging my credit card. I tried to call but like the previous person stated , they will not answer. They keep charging my account now, and I am not even getting anything in the mail. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. SPREAD THE WORD.

I ordered the Easy Curves and it says in writning if you dont want to continue to recieve the Boost Essential Pills to simply call back to cancel or it will be automatically billed to your account from which you payed fo your product with every month. Dont just order things and dont read the entire site and small writing
