AT&T Long Distance USA Complaint - Dropping AT&T Long Distance Service

Not a whole lot of detail, but I recently signed up with AT&T wireless and had so many issues, I am switching providers. Basically, I had a phone that was under warranty break, they sent me a new one, it was the wrong one; when I told them this, they told me my phone was not under warranty (even though they sent me another phone and two previous people had told me it was under warranty), then they were going to charge me $200 if I did not immediatly send back the wrong phone they sent me, then they dared to tell me they could make my phone be under warranty if I upgraded and added 2years to my contract. So good luck getting help if you get in touch with them. (What the dufuses don't realize is that I work for a company that promotes mutliple cellular services, I could provide them with many customers but after the service I got, I wont.) My advice is get away as fast as you can and stay away.

We had to leave AT&T cell as the service they claimed was supposed to be the best available would not work in our area. We jumped ship to Verizon and have had great service ever since.
