I have ordered Luggage Cart since it was needed for our journey abroad. They have not updated anything related to shipping and I have waited about 14 days.

When I contacted them via email (there is no phone number available), they have not responded up to 3 days.

I sent one more email and got copy-paste email, that has nothing specific to my order.

This was the most bad experience I had with any online purchase in past.

Please don't use this HomeBrands if you want to be hassle free.

They ripped me off. Sent me a UPS number and UPS advises that they never received the shipment. Emailed them 3 times to support and admin with no response.

WARNING- Do not do business with this "merchant"

HOMEBRANDS is a rip off merchant. Ordered an appliance in late September - no shipment - no communication - finally, today Oct 31 requested a refund. Do yourself a favor - DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS INTERNET MERCHANT - THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!

This message is being sent a small time eBay merchant who knows what it takes to do business on the internet!
