Every time I have to get on the phone with
Sprint I dread it. Now its even their online chat its horrible. If you go in a store its better but other than that they just flat out suck their coverage is terrible when you do finally get on the line with someone they don't understand English and you can't understand what little English they know and they don't listen at all.
I always end up hanging up on them or yelling at them they are just terrible they make you feel like a complete idiot.. That's why every time I talk to them they are making adjustments to my bill because they messed up... real smooth... crappy company.
