HAWTHORNE, NEW JERSEY -- Totally worth the price for quality, and lack of headaches!

My husband and I just purchased a sectional online from Pottery Barn. They called 3 business days in advance, and give you a 2 hour delivery window. This seems very luxurious compared to our recent dealings with Electrolux and Sears and their 24 hour warnings and 4 hour delivery windows.

The delivery people had to assemble the couch, and did some damage to one of the arms by putting the screws too deep into it. After 1 call to their customer service line, the problem was noted, apologized for, and corrected. We got a call within the week for the new part which was installed beautifully.

What a relief to be treated fairly and courteously, and have the problem corrected quickly, no questions asked!! Not only does Potterybarn offer furniture with GREAT quality, their customer service is truly excellent!
