from Arbitration INJustice

Since you are being screwed by almost every arbitration claim that is filed with the Not Always Fair forum, we thought you might want to be a little more acquainted with those who are filing these bogus claims.

The Arb Filers, Aka; “The Proctologists”

Clarissa L. Horton
Supervisor, Arbitration Department (Aka/Document Reproduction Expert)

Clarissa keeps the copy machine running so it can turn out that same arbitration agreement wink ;-) wink): used on every scam claim they file. Clarissa is paid to process as many purchased claims as possible so using the same agreements is an accepted practice. It is not much different that printing money.

Darrell Richard Hastings, Attorney at Law

Born 1/1963 of Owings Mills, MD
Admitted MD Bar: 12/16/2003
Email: darrell.hastings@ncogroup.com

“The undersigned asserts under penalty of perjury, that the information contained in this claim and the supporting documents attached hereto are accurate.”

Darrell affixes his signature to hundreds, perhaps thousands of arbitration claims every day/week month where he swears to the above.

It is my opinion, based on many claims sent to me by consumers that contain the declaration and signature of Attorney Hastings that he may be guilty of committing perjury. The information supplied by Hastings in his initial filing contains the same xerographic copy used hundreds, perhaps thousands of times in NCO arbitration filing.

Hastings and his crew earn income based on their production.

Pay your bills, and you'll never have to deal with them. What a concept!

The trouble with NCO is that the debt is not owed to them. The original creditor charged off the debt and if I owed anyone it would be them and not NCO. They have to show me how I owe them this when the original creditor tells me that I don't owe this debt anymore.

    nco is bottom feeders.

"If you requested and begged for valid documents that never arrived from NCO .... "

this is why i told a previuos poster to request proof of debt. seems nco does everything in their power to NOT send proof of debt.

Here is a good link for validation. Don't buy anything from this link, just review the information and use their letter

I've been directing people to that link which has been on my blog for several years now.

Your post is so chopped up, I'm not sure what you're trying to get across here...Darrell, Clarissa, NCO, Proctologists, Wall street and attorneys? You don't have pictures yet? What pictures?

I read it through THREE times and still...it's all over the place.

You're right DebtBasher. I copied and pasted from Bud Hibbs site and some how I messed it up.

The point I was trying to make is not to deal with these junk debt buyers and seek legal help if they call you. Thanks for pointing that out.

    Sorry it got messed up.

Thanks madconsumer, that link has been around for a while. Glad you found it and it was helpful. You should also check out Bud Hibbs site.
