Hand Blender Model 1740 - Complaint
PORTLAND, OREGON -- The website does not work on any site. It takes a great deal of searching to come up with a website in the first place.
I wanted to contact them in regard to the button on the hand blender. The device is a great little device, but mine has always had a problem with the button. The only way I can use it is to plug it in if I want it on and unplug it if I want it off. This of course can be awkward, depending on what you are mixing. If I can resolve this problem, I would say that this is a great little device.
If I can't solve the problem, well, it's not so handy.

Good complaint, Phantom. I tried searching, as well. If the website is the one I think it is, it's horrible. No email contacts, no 800 number contact.
