Advertisement in Verizon SuperPages - Complaint
TUCSON, ARIZONA -- I too have an ad in the Verizon SuperPages through Idearc Media. The sales representative told me I was getting an ad for 1 year. I would be notified as to what I wanted to do at the end of the year, cancel or renew. They auto renewed my account without consent and without asking if I needed to make changes. I called to cancel and was told it was too late.
I am now disputing this and encourage everyone to stay away from this company. They don't care about their customers!
