How about this one? Chase credit cards added $79.00 to my credit card bill for "credit card upgrade". I did not authorize the charge.

When I called to complain, I was told not to pay the charge, and I would receive credit.

Next bill, the charge was still on the bill, along with a finance charge for not paying the unauthorized charge they said they would credit.
