MY WIFE AND I HAVE HAD
DIRECTV FOR A WHILE NOW AND SINCE THE VERY DAY THAT WE GOT OUR
DIRECTV TURND ON IT'S BEEN HELL!!!!
FIRST THEY LIED TO US AND SAID THAT WE WOULD RECIVE A BILL WITHIN FIVE WORKING DAYS AND IT DIDENT COME TILL TWO MONTHS LATER AND THE BILL HAD BUILT UP SO MUCH THAT WE HAD TO START MAKING PAYMENT ON THE PAST DUE.....
WHEN WE CALL AND TALK TO A SUPERVISER NO TWO SUPERVISERS SEEM TO AGREE ON WHAT THEY CAN AND CANT DO!!!!!
THEY HAVE LIED TO US ABOUT OUR
BILLING!!!!
THEY HAVE POSTED OUR PAMENTS ON OTHERS ACCOUNTS!!!
NOW THEY HAVE TURNED OUR SURVICE OFF BECAUSE THEY LIED TO US ABOUT THE TIME AND DATE OUR BILL WAS DUE AND EXPECTED US TO PAY FOR A BILL THAT WE HADENT SEEN YET!!!!
ALL IN ALL DIRECTV SUCKS AND NOW I HAVE A WORTHLESS DISH AND TWO SYSTEMS THAT I HAVE BOUGHT AND PAID FOR AND I CANT USE THEM!!!!!
