I like that
Starbucks employees always are pleasant and upbeat. It doesn't matter which Starbucks you go to, the service is predominantly good. On the rare occasion that the service is not up to par, a quick phone call to the Starbucks complaint line usually fixes the problem.

customer service take the front, we need more friendly faces in more consumer places!
