RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA -- I'm a customer of Central Security Group and am puzzled by the negative comments. I find their service to be top-notch. Don't people read contracts before signing...don't they test the system they depend on regularly. I test my system weekly because I know any equipment can fail or go bad. I had a bad sensor and the guy came out and fixed it right away. Yes, I have a three year contract but to get a good deal with Brinks or ADT they all require the same so what's the problem.
Check your system regularly, make sure it reports the alarm into the company and you'll feel a whole lot better!
