I am contacting this entity because of a reputable company gone bad! Clear Copy Solutions has deliberately unfulfilled a contract for a small publishing firm. Also, it has blatantly denied all contact and has decided not to return money for services not rendered!

We are a small publishing company, Growing Up Easier Publishing, and last fall we hired Clear Copy Solutions to copy edit our book, Healing Practices To Help Kids Grow Up Easier.

We paid in full up front and she has taken our money but has not delivered a product to us nor will she return any of our calls or emails regarding the matter.

We have tried to contact her many times over the past months with no success as we attempt to recover our money.

I am asking your help, as we are asking all of her references, in trying to
contact Clear Copy Solutions about this and seeking resolution. Would you consider contacting her on our behalf? We are hopeful that someone she has worked with before may have better luck communicating with her.

Since we are a small company and have been relying on donations and loans to
produce our book, this has been devastating for us and I am hopeful you will
consider helping us by contacting her.

I also would like to take this opportunity to warn you about the troubles we
have had with her, as we would not wish this to happen to anyone else.
