Complaint
VIRGINIA -- All of the information on this site about HomeAnnex.com is TRUE. I purchased three items from them and was charged twice on my C-C. BTW, the charge your C-C immediately after making the purchase. The next day I called about this and spent ONE HOUR on hold trying to talk to a totally incompetent person. 30 days later and still no refund. I am now working with my C-C to file a fraud report.
The items that I did purchase would have never been shipped to me if I did not call the manufacturer to inquire about HA. He put me in touch with a live body that pushed the order through. Waited three weeks to get items delivered that were in stock at the manufacturer.
