KATY, TEXAS -- I thought I was doing my homework when I researched Gexa Energy. I ended up signing a 5 year contract on what I thought was a pretty decent rate until I started receiving my bills. I called their "customer service" for three months in a row and no one could explain certain charges. I finally cancelled my service only to find that now I am being harassed by investigators doing asset and liability investigations on my business.

People with the Greenburg Law Firm in Houston (a collection service)have also been calling my office to leave harassing messages with my employees. I would not have cancelled my service if I had actually had the charges explained to me. Instead, I actually had "customer service" representatives state they could not explain the charges. This company uses unethical practices and they have a bunch of thugs working for them. Do yourself a favor and do not use them. This is the most unethical company I know of.

If you are reading this, you are probably researching Gexa. Don't stop here. Keep looking and you will find a lot more on overcharges, bait and switch, etc.
