Dell called and said that someone had attempted to use the
Dell account in my son's name, which had not been used for 6 years. They said they had stopped the purchase. We sent the paperwork and did what we were supposed to. Today I received a letter stating that we were responsible for the charges because we hadn't talked to them. There have been any number of telephone conversations, letters and emails about this, but they NOW say WE have to pay it.
I have never dealt with a bigger bunch of dishonest, conniving people in my life!!!
