LAKE WORTH, FLORIDA -- Was the highest bidder of an export and wire the money for the car then got word the price was too low. I thought that is why its called an auction.
It took them 1 month and 8 days to returned my money and they still took out a fee. Thief.

They have no right to the fee. Sue them in small claims court for fraud.

did they notify you you had "won" the auction? if not, and you sent the money freely, they are not at fault.
