TXU Energy Complaint - Never a Positive Experience with TXU

WACO, TEXAS -- My experiences with TXU have never been positive. Please note ahead of time that you will be on the phone with a script, not a representative. The customer service representatives' knowledge of TXU services is nonexistent, and the experience of calling TXU will likely result in frustration, dissatisfaction, and/or a severe headache. When I asked a question, you could actually hear them reading quietly through the script to find the answer. They could not understand my simple issue, even after having it explained several times, and I was on the phone for 45 minutes.

I would certainly never recommend any interaction with the company, if at all possible, and am looking forward to the day when TXU is not my only option.

What was the problem? Perhaps the Texas Public Utilities Commission could help you? When I had a problem with a telephone company, I found TX-PUC to be extremely helpful and consumer oriented.

When I lived in Texas, I used TXU. Their customer service agents are not the swiftest in the universe. I always called back to check and make sure what I asked for had actually been done. Most of the time it wasn't
