Phone and TV Service - Compliment
COLUMBIA, MISSOURI -- Well, I must be rather unusual. My experience with Centurytel is more positive than what I've been reading. I found both my phone and TV service good. They lived up to their promises. If there's a problem, I've found them quick to respond to fix it. Prices have been reasonable and appropriate for the most part, if you don't order all kinds of extras. But by my phone and TV service service were reliable and clear. If I do have any complaints, they generally work fast to correct the problem and respond quickly to email requests within a few days. Only thing, some of their service staff could have better attitudes, but most of them work hard to please.
I do like Centurytel, and will continue to be their customer for a long time to come.
