I would not purchase anything from Dell again if you paid me to.. I figured being that I went through my job that supposedly Dell gives discount to our company. I wouldn't have any problems and if I did they would be easily resolved. WRONG!!! WRONG!! WRONG!!! Anything thing that can go wrong did go wrong.

Got my order wrong from the get go.. Had to go to hell and back just to get it correct. and then not even a year into having it the LCD cracked. and NO I DID NOT SEND IT BACK to get it fixed. I am done dealing with that sorry *** what they want to pass off as a company..Read and BELIEVE all the reviews about their terrible customer service.. Here in the US and abroad..

It's just a terrible company all around and the products are cheap..DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.....

BUY an HP.....

dell sold us 25 computers, that in the first year, 24 needed major repairs. dell no longer has a product worth purchasing.

The LCDs are actually fairly easy to replace. The part will probably cost you $75, but putting it in only takes about twenty minutes and a screwdriver.

Did they blame you for the crack? I've written a review about this exact issue and apparently you, me and other reviews I've read from other web sites it's a common thing. If you sent it in for repairs it for certain wouldn't have been covered under their Limited Warranty because YOU damaged it and they also would have suggested to purchase their complete care warranty for 300 plus dollars and THEN would have repaired it. Or shall I say refurbished it so that it would break one month after replacement----oh, that comment was from other reviews. I too have vowed never to deal with Dell again as well as spread the word as much as I can incl... more >>
