After ordering a
laptop in November for my wife,
Dell contacted me 1 week before Christmas to say it wouldn't be ready. I immediately cancelled the order. Dell had already shipped out some of the software, carrying case, wireless mouse. I returned those items via priority mail directly back to dell.
Now 6 months later I have been receiving phone calls every day sometimes 5 times a day to tell me that I have to pay for the stuff that I don't even Have. I Have never in my life been so pissed off with a company that has such a piss poor
service dept. Not only can I barely understand the person I am speaking too, they just don't get it, I shouldn't be paying for something I sent back.
Mistake made by me! I didn't get a tracking number for my returned Items. There is no question they have the stuff, it just pisses me off that I can't prove it.. So here I am paying for crap that I don't even have..
