Since the first of February when I got my
Dell I bet I have talked at least 15 [or more] techs. Nothing was right and they would shift me from dept to another saying this wasn't their job and being from India and the Philippines you could hardly understand them. Tonight was the end, I had to call again and they wanted to charge me 69.00 To talk to some one. I ordered a Norton anti virus and I didn't get it. They said the ups guy left it on the porch. They wouldn't refund my money cause it was over 30 days. There should be laws against these people.
I will never tell my friends to buy one.
