Dell Dimension 4550 for six years, and I have had no problems with it until about a week ago. I must have had the good luck of getting fantastic techs from the PI. Not only did they fix my
computer over the, but they returned my phone call for three days in a row. You must understand I'm a paraplegic, and depend on my computer for a lot of things. Due to the whether I was in a lot of pain, and unable to sit for any length of time.
To make a comparison I am still waiting for three return phone from Linksys, for ten days now!! Dell Techs please keep up the good work.
