So for the 3rd time since January of 2006 the left mouse button on this
laptop failed. October 2006, March 2008, and now again in April 2009. But of course the
warranty has expired now so the voice on the other end of the line says now you have to pay for Dell's defective parts. Then, as
Dell always does you are sent off to eternal hold with the promises that someone will be right with you.
After purchasing 3 or 4 laptops and a
desktop (Don't get me started with that one), I purchased a ACER LAPTOP this week. Maybe someone at Dell will hear that.
