Ordered ink 25 days ago but didn't need to change the cartridge until today. Opened the box and realized I had the wrong type. I've ordered this ink correctly for several years but it's possible I had a bad day - or that they sent the wrong ink. Called
customer service to make the exchange. Ink can only be returned within 21 days - never mind that it's only been 25 days and I simply want an exchange. Never mind that have $135 in ink I cannot use. The
customer service representative told me I should have ordered the correct ink.
So I'm off to purchase a new printer....over my dead body am I going to cough up more money to buy ink from
Dell!
