Dealing with
Dell has been the biggest nightmare I ever had! Being bounced around all over from someone in India, to Asia, Philippines finally after being on the phone for hours being transferred to at least 20 operators I finally requested someone from USA
customer service and ended up in Texas! The issue was, I called
technical support because my
laptop was not properly working so a representative from India took my call I explained the problem and he said we needed the cd's that came with the laptop to reinstall, at that moment I could not find them all so he said he would call me that same night and give me time to get all of them so he can guide me on what to do, 43 days later I have not received that call back and the nerve of Dell to send me a bill for a
service not completed! Unfortunately this is not the first time I deal with stuff like this.
By the way this purchase was my husbands idea after I told him not to buy from Dell because I knew garbage like this would happen. About 6 years ago I bought a
computer over the phone the representative told me that the final cost of all I wanted was about $850 but of course when I got the bill it was $1500 when I called to complain no one knew who the representative was that sold me the computer they couldn't track him down and I refused to pay the whole amount! After my long day at work I had to come home to my part time calling Dell to get someone to help me and as I mentioned bounced all over the place them feeding me the same BS!
I called the BBB and told them about the problem I even wrote a letter to the president of Dell do you think they even tried to help? they sent me to collections! and was stuck with that bill. So to anyone that is considering buying from Dell don't say I didn't warn you!!! STAY AWAY !!!
