I purchased my sons’
computer on August 2008 and this is the second problem I’ve had with the computer. When my son called
customer service the first thing out of representative id# 15633 was that it was going to cost 259 dollar to have the problem fixed even though the computer is still under
warranty or he could purchase another computer.
After I took the phone from my son and told her that was not an option she transferred me to someone else to troubleshoot the problem. I will never buy another
Dell computer again. I think I will try a Mac this time at least I don’t have to pay additional money for a quick response or being transferred from one representative to another.
I need a reliable computer while my son is in college so that he will not have trouble completing his papers.
