Correctional Billing Services Complaint - Well they is charging my phone company for my collect call and i havent use all my time up and they got my phone block cause of an - collect calls

LAUREL, MISSISSIPPI -- They are charging my phone company for an bill that I haven't use sences yesterday morning they got an block on my phone line for no reason they are telling me 3 different lies this is the second time they did this to me I think they are just using peoples for they mony cause if they wasn't they wouldn't have an block on my phone

These companies are ripoffs that use a kickback system to the prison system that makes them virtually impossible to stop. There are a few states with laws in place that regulate them with some success, but on the whole, its the wild wild west.
