Nightmare - This company is obviously not intended to be set-up correctly on customer serice levels, they're holding online policy, paying online policy, trading in for a newer version(which was what they built they're reputation on, I guess once they had a name in the industry why bother doing, what you did best.

And also why bother advertising it ,, because god-knows biz could drop ...

When this company goes bankrupt I won't be surprised,, they will probably restructrur and farm out more things to countries like India and Pakistan where the language is so easy and understandable to our western ears. I'm sending back my PC b4 the lease expires it's broken so many times and is the biggest piece of defecation they disquise as a PC and for the next time ,,, I stick with my gutt. instead of listening to everyone about what a reputable company Dell is. This company is comprised of bottom -THis company doesn't' deserve a rating and should be blown off the business landscape.
