I purchased a
Dell in January and received a $100 Dell Coupon. I ordered three items, two came, but the camera, for $75 was on back order, and never came. I called the rude and ineffective CUSTOMER CENTER (NOT), and they told me the camera was cancelled, not available. I said OK, give me another option to buy something. They said the coupon expired, and cannot issue a credit. I have purchased two Dells, but for a lousy $75 coupon, they have lost a customer. If anyone has a name or a number of someone to contact, please email me. I am ready to pursue this.
