I Then Tried To Cancel My Order Over The Phone.....What A Joke That Is I Kept Calling Different Times During The Day & Kept On Getting The "Were Sorry, There Is A High Volume Of Calls At This Time, Please Call Back Later Message.
So Instead I Then E-Mailed The
Customer Service NOT ONCE,,,NOT TWICE,,,NOT THREE TIMES... BUT FOUR Separate Times To Cancel My Order.
All Four Times Not Once Did Dell Cancel My Order Instead I Kept On Getting The Same Message "Thank you for your email, our records indicate your order shipped on 05/15/09.
O. K Here's Where The Title "Dell From Hell Comes In... I Also Added & PAID FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY
SERVICE.......Which Means My Order Should Have Arrived At My House On 5/16/09.
Instead On 5/15/09 I Then Received Another E-Mail Telling Me " There has been a delay in fulfilling your Order Number listed below and we have adjusted the date.
I Then Called And Finally Spoke To A Representative On The 16Th Day Of May Explaining Her The Problem I Am Having With Dell From Hell.
She Agreed With Me That It Has Been Too Long & I Should Have Already Received My NEXT DAY DELIVERY And Told Me Once My Battery Arrives, Call Them Back And My Account Will Be Credited For The Next Day Delivery(She Gave Me A Reference Number To Use)
So I Called Dell From Hell Back & Gave Them The Reference Number Explaining The Situation.
Dell From Hell REFUSED TO GIVE ME BACK MY CREDIT FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
