We bought a Dell studio 1537. Do not make this mistake. The first one had a bad keyboard and Best Buy took it back. The second one delivered a black screen after welcome message on both safe start up and regular start up after 3 weeks. The Best Buy folks shook their head and said "when laptops come back, they are all Dell Studios".

They took it back again (twice now) and we upgraded to an HP.

Dell service was not helpful, but were very happy to transfer us from one person to another until we wore down and gave up.

In summary, the Dell computer is junk, and the Dell customer service is also. However, the bright spot is that Best Buy took good care of us and I would recommend them to anyone as a computer source that was interested in customer service.
